He made the experience of creating the whole plan understandable and manageable giving us a peace of mind. During our first consultation, he was very thorough with explaining all related to a Trust and a Will. You must write your own questions to ask him during the meeting because you only know your situation. After our first meeting, he emailed me a summary of our meeting and some documents that I needed to complete. This was very helpful because I kept referring to that email while I was getting ready to start the Trust’s process. It took some time for me to contact him back because there were financial transactions I needed to realign before starting the Trust process. However, as soon as I contacted him, he was quick to start and complete the Trust, after sharing with him the urgency I had for the Trust to be completed.
During the process, he was super quick to answer all my emails with questions. Also, he would offer to speak over the phone as needed. The process of completing a Trust is very stressful and overwhelming. However, Matthew made it feel more manageable. He is very easy to talk to, very kind, professional, very flexible with his schedule, and very understandable of the distress of a situation. Due to what I was going through, I asked him if he could come to my house for signatures. He said yes without any hesitation.
